Tailored AI training
Build a learning path around your team’s work. The programme, exercises and pace are defined around your learning goals.
A programme shaped around your team
Tailored training starts with one question: what should participants be able to do by the end of the course?
Real work situations
Prepare a sales meeting, summarise a dossier, develop with an agent or supervise an automated process: choose situations that reflect participants’ actual work.
A shared starting point
Identify participants’ experience with AI and digital tools. An introductory programme and a technical course require different prerequisites and exercises.
An agreed pace
Share your availability, the number of participants and your preferred format. Duration, delivery arrangements and any equipment requirements are agreed in the training proposal.
From needs to programme
The proposal sets out learning objectives, content and agreed arrangements. Adaptations are discussed before training begins.
- 01
Gather your needs
Describe the roles involved, current skills and the situations participants want to handle better. Distinguish individual expectations from shared team goals.
- 02
Define learning objectives
Turn the need into observable skills: role-specific AI, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Harness Engineering, Copilot Studio or agentic workflows. Prerequisites are defined for each programme.
- 03
Adapt the exercises
Choose work scenarios and tools that participants can access. Materials must be suitable for sharing; use anonymised data or non-confidential examples.
- 04
Agree on arrangements
Confirm the programme, schedule, format and participation requirements. Discuss how learning will be assessed and any needs for putting it into practice afterwards.
Describe your needs in a few lines
The more context you share about the team, the more focused the programme can be. You can contact us before every detail has been decided.
